Running to lose weight

At first, you will hardly find that out lose weight, but then converts to fat into muscle.

Running is one of the sport types that burn the most energy. As a comparison, you must next cycle three to four times as long to burn the same.

When you're exercising to be blood to the muscles. The body therefore begin to produce more blood during and after the regular weekly run days. As much as a liter of blood, the body can produce, and it weighs course with the weight.

There are many who use the run as an excuse to eat more. Perhaps you realize that you just can eat a bag of candy or drink a soda (with sugar) in the afternoon, on top of the lunch.

The problem is that to really take much to run a bag of candy / soda by itself again. If you just eat the same as you did before you started with exercise, you can still go on. So eat memories and if you want a soda then take a sugar free.
